I bought this collar on recommendation from another user. We've been having issues with our dog getting into cabinets, but I don't want to shock him. I love that this collar has a vibrate option. Right away, my dog didn't like it. But I felt it on myself and it isn't painful at all. It's just an uncomfortable sensation. Before long, my dog was just staying out of the kitchen entirely. I was showing him the remote, and he'd just KNOW.The collar is easy to adjust and put on. The remote is fairly easy to figure out. You get a charger that charges both at the same time, which I LOVE! I like that there are multiple uses. There's even a beeping sound that I never would have thought to use, but sometimes works.My only complaint is that after using this for a few weeks, my dog seems to have "adjusted" to the vibration. It doesn't bother him as much and he's kind of reverting to old behavior. I have it on the highest setting, so I wish it would go higher.

I just recieved the collar a couple days ago & it works pretty well. The vibration is strong enough that I dont really need to shock my dog, but when I do shock him for misbehaving I'm not sure it's actually doing anything. On a different shock collar he would cry, but this one he doesnt. Although this one works really really well, it's just the shocking I'm not sure about. Definitely recommend this collar though if you're looking for one !

This product helped train our hyperactive non-stop barking doggie in no time! I think we only ever had to actually ‘shock’ him twice, and that was on level 7 for an 85 lb dog. I would never recommend going any higher than that. Start at the lowest level possible and work your way slowly until they can just begin to associate it with bad behavior. Otherwise, the vibrate function worked like magic and our doggie quickly adapted to that. He’s like a brand pup! Always remember to say “NO” when using the collar simultaneously to control unwanted behavior. Or whatever other commands you are trying to teach him/her. Great product!

I like how it has a few options. Where your dog learns if chooses to not liten to command can get a vibrate reminder that he doesn't want to feel the shock before having it happen if chooses to not follow command. Then has a wide range of streangh.

Just got the system today. Able to get it paired up pretty quickly. Note that the collar that comes with the unit appears super large, but you have to keep in mind that the receiver will take up a bunch of the slack. It fit my Miniature Schnauzer with no problems. Looks like the system will help in training her faster and she already responds to calls when out in the yard with no leash. Looking forward to getting her trained up with more ease.

5 starts because it rechargeable! Perfect! and inexpensive compared to name brand shock collars i have used in the past, i love that it can be recharged, i have a name brand shock collar that uses expensive batteries that are hard to find, this was well worth the money spent. it also has a a much wider range for settings of the shock and the vibration modes compared to others. Very effective on my large black lab, i have not tried it on my beagle yet.

It worked well , but I got another training collar that was automatic and it is working without me being out there 24/7

the best thing since cook food. lol very happy with the model I choose, very easy to use. Milo responds to commands now, sit, stay, no, he doesn't run out the front door anymore. at first I thought I was gonna hurt him, but it really helped him. I would advise to use as training tool and watch youtube as guide.
