I picked up Platform tennis over this past winter and as I was playing more and more my tennis elbow flared up. I used the usual band previously but wanted to try something new and this brace is wonderful. I literally have played for multiple hours with no pain afterwards. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a tennis elbow brace.

This gets super cold(not sure why other reviews said it didn’t) it doesn’t feel cold to touch, but is super cold on affected area. It does slip down a bit on arm, but I just wore it while I was sitting watching tv. Can’t bend elbow while wearing but not sure why you’d want to. 👍🏻

But tends to slip down towards your wrist if not fitted perfectly tight

This ice pack is great. It's so easy to use and I love that I can strap it on and go about my business. Other reviews said it wasn't cold enough but I actually use it over a long sleeved shirt and feel like I'm getting plenty of cold. I'm not sure that it's quite as much compression as I thought it would be but that may be because I'm a little on the small side. I really wanted it for the ice so it's not an issue for me and it straps on plenty tight to stay in place. I'm really glad I bought it.

This cold pack works great. Once you get this pack strapped onto your arm you don't even realize that it's cold. It is very comfortable to wear, and does the job. It has helped my tennis elbow tremendously.
