So far I like them. There's not alot of after taste whrn taking them and I feel like they are working after taking for a week

I take these daily based on my doctors advice. My iron was on the low side a year ago. After a year of taking this supplement, my iron levels are back to normal. The only complaint I have is that they make your fingers smell like iron after handling them and if you take without having a full meal, you can find yourself burping the taste of iron. If it wasn’t for that part, I would’ve given them five stars.

I take 2 every other day. They work- i have been taking them 8 weeks and I am PRing at every race I do with flying colors. Been running over 20 years and I've never hit times like these in my races. I also recover quicker. The energy increase and improvements in cardiovascular fitness is amazing. Worth every penny.

Only iron supplement I can take that doesn't upset my stomach. I recommend this product to all my friends and family who are on the market for iron supplement. These are also easy to swallow.

Super glad for this product as it has raised my iron levels in a fairly short amount of time. My levels were extremely low and this supplement has helped to raise them. I started taking them 3 times a day as directed by my doctor and since I have improved, I am down to twice a day. Only complaint is needing to take them on an empty stomach and have to remember to not eat at least 30 minutes after taking. I didn't experience any side effects and rarely notice a metallic taste. I try to take with orange juice as directed by my doctor.
