I stuck these little ‘wonder’ pads into my shoes and trainers and as if by magic the relief from the pain was overwhelming . I can carry on my daily walks in comfort now.

Not as soft as expected, and as I have a wide foot could have been a bit bigger.

Eased balls of my foot, could have been larger due to my feet, need to be padded more.

I have found them a great relief for an ongoing problem with a metatarsal issue.

I thought these things were to insert into a metatarsal sleeve but it turns out they're to stick on/into your shoes insides. Come with no instructions at all. Took me ages to discover what they:re actually for. That said, they're well made, far too well made to stick on your feet, that's what puzzled me. I stuck one into my shoe. It seems fine! But I'm puzzled. Why don't they make sleeves to fit over your foot & insert able gel pads to slip in wherever your problem area is? Mine is below my smallest toe & I cannot for love or money find a pad for that specific area. Why not?
