Even the GP said that it is good to take
This definetly stops cravings for cigarettes, and other cravings, chocolate and alcohol, it's not immediate, but taken over a month plus you really start to see the change. Even the GP said that it is good to take. However take 2 a day is my advice

I'm taking this product to loosen mucus. The effect is small but it works, I would recommend it to anyone who has COPD, asthma, bronchiectasis, etc...The only problem with these tablets is the awful taste, I don't understand why the manufacturer doesn't make a coated tablet instead.

Immune System Booster?
Did me no apparent or visible or immediate harm. Theoretically, it boosts your immune system. Also works as an antioxidant, they say. I've never felt better, but results may vary.

Seems to be working!
I bought these tablets because my husband is convinced that his hearing problem is linked to his sinuses or excess catargh (?) because when his ears 'pop', he can hear fine. He's been taking them for about 3 weeks now and his ears are popping like crazy which means that every time they 'pop' he can hear clearly until they bung up again. Fingers crossed that by the time he's finished the course he's showing some clear signs of improved hearing. By the way, he said they smell disgusting and you have to swallow them with something that tastes nice!

Gave Me My Life Back - Used for OCD
I use this for severe OCD after reading about a few trials with patients and it's been a godsend. For my OCD it has basically given me a lot of my life back and although not cured and still taking my usual antidepressants, it reduces the OCD by a lot. I take one pill a day and it works alongside my antidepressant perfectly. Would recommend to anyone thinking of trying it. And it worked quickly too.

I am pleased with buying this product from Amazon but unfortunately I cannot comment on its medicinal efficacy. However I am aware that it has slowed down the deterioration in the lung disease of a friend of mine.
