This enzyme has been helpful in digesting gluten, in my opinion. I cannot say I will continue taking this forever, as at this point in my health-walk, I will be working toward a totally gluten-free diet...But, until then and for about 7 years now, I've relied on this pill, from this brand, and this provider, and found assistance every time. It's reduced the amount of inflammation in my body when eating my "sweets," as I absolutely LOVE baked goods, I have utilized this pill to help me consume them. I feel it works well. I'm excited I found it and appreciative it's been extremely useful to me for the past 7 or 8 years. Thank you!

Good if accidentally ingested gluten.

My daughter and I are both very sensitive to gluten. This product takes away most of our digestive pain allowing us to enjoy a treat once in a while, or when we inadvertently get some cross-contamination.

There us a but. There are better products at a lesser price.

I love to be able to go out to eat with my family and friends and feel like a normal person again sometimes and not having to play 20 questions or change the menu items when I go to new restaurants.

These seem to work great for preventing negative consequences of eating gluten and casein and the best part as well is they don't have any other ingredients than what they are.

Tried building my tolerance for gluten with these and got diverticulitis. You have been warned. They do help with allergy or sensitivity though.

Love how great they work for me if I go out to eat helps my stomach from getting so upset.
