Most of this might be my fault BUT i did try to order what i thought was the correct item from the description given. Evidently the information supplied was NOT as clear to me as they assumed it would be. This device did not work for me as I tried to plug in a memory module MMv... and I got no joy. I thought this device would allow me to treat the memory module as an ssd hard drive but the computer did not even see it. I had to buy a housing with a USB connector on it and then everything was fine.

Works as described.. and with good speeds as well.

It works, I used it to clone my 120 gb mSta to 512 GB mSata and this adapter worked as a charm.. I had one mSATA and one SATA HDD connector, I used this adapter connecting to SATA HDD connector, and put new 512 gb SSD to mSATA port and transferred the bootable by cloning.. removed the HDD adaptor put in my old HDD and booted without any issues from new 512 GB mSATA. Awesome.

i got the dual adapter to use with both an msata and an m2 ssd i had laying around. i was able to get the msata working fine with chromebook, windows 10 and windows 11. the m2 ssd was much different, it only worked intermittantly and had the tendency to actually lock up windows temporarly and actually caused the chromebook to reboot once. i was sitting around watching movies so i played around with it for hours till i found a way to make it work with chromebook. i can plug in my adapter to the chromebook without the m2 ssd installed, then push the ssd into the slot, so long as i don't eject or unplug it will work fine on chromebook. i have to repeat the process everytime i want to use it, i cannot plug/unplug it will no longer work, without removing the SSD from the slot and putting it back after the adapter is plugged in. this technech will not work with windows, the m2 ssd mode is not usable with windows
