The shipping box is completely damaged received the product on 1st September 2024. Installation is not yet done.there are holes to packaged cartoon box which is damaged a lot. I requested for installation. Repeatedly approximately 10 to 12 times after receiving the product on 1st September 2024 evening with most damaged outer package. The product video is showing that free installation. Today 6th September 2024. But till now the installation is not yet done we did not opened the package still looking forinstalation service.

The cycle is sturdy but the welding is bad. The bottom joint bars which touch the surface are not aligned and they are welded little crooked which is why it doesn't sit straight, and also after sitting on it, it feels leaning on one side.

Broken after 2 weeks...
