As it shows in the picture and video,it contains 1x high lumens flashlight(rechargeable battery included),3x AAA Alkaline batteries,1x USB socket,1x USB c cable,1x pouch,1x gift box,1x user manual,if there is anything wrong,please feel free to contact the seller.

Q: What is meant by “…please take out the insulating trip…”? I took the paper off. But maybe the blue wrap and silver line and ends too?

Sorry for the misunderstanding,please view our video,the insulating strip will drop off if you open the tail cover of the high lumens flashlight

Q: How do you charged it? I bought one and it worked great until it died. Now won't charge.

It takes hours to charge. Only use the included charger & wait until all the charge indicator lights are lit. But it can take about 5-ish hours sometimes.
