Placed the new battery in phone. The phone comes on and immediately turns off again. Tried to charge it again just to make sure it wasn't a charging issue. Put it back in and same thing occured.

Works great. It’s the correct size.

Since I recently purchased this battery, it's a little too early to evaluate its performance, however I can say that it keeps my cell phone fully charged longer. The AT&T store does not sell batteries for my Flip phone. I was excited to see that Amazon found this battery for me, thankfully.

Bought a two-pack. One was completely defective. Amazon said I can return the defective one for a refund, but their return policy says you can't send them defective lithium batteries. I started a return, but couldn't ship it to them so they never did the refund. Contacted directly by the seller, and they got Amazon to refund me for the defective battery. So I've changed my rating. Excellent customer service, but not so much from Amazon.
