I am so happy with this set of two frames. I originally chose them because I wanted something plain and simple, but now that I have them, I see how beautiful they also are. The gold frame is shiny but is thin, so it catches the light here and there but lets your photo be the star. I really like the "floating" aspect of placing a photo in the frame that is slightly smaller than the frame, so that there is a border of clear glass all around the picture. Like the thin gold frame, the glass adds a little sparkle and shine, but the overall effect is clean, simple and clutter-free. There's a gold swivel stand connected to the frame that allows you to set the display angle of your photo however you like.Do keep in mind, though, that because of the way they are made, these frames cannot be turned on their side to "landscape" orientation, they can only be used with photos or artwork in "portrait" orientation. I did have to use a small piece of double-stick tape on the back of my photo to hold it in place between the two panes of glass. Otherwise, it kept sliding out of place. But that was an easy fix. The little soft plastic tubes that hold the two glass panes together are easy to use. It is kind of difficult to describe how they work but it is self-explanatory when you see the frames in person. The tubes are completely hidden once assembled.Overall, these two frames are easy to set up and easy to open and close for adding and changing out your photos. They are very simple yet beautiful and definitely add some clean, uncluttered, subtle gleam to my console table.

These were some of the nicest frames I've worked with for displaying one of my brother's winning photos from the 80's.The glass is of sturdy thickness and quality and secured in the frame with rubber tubing segments that are easy to remove and reinsert with the small screwdriver provided for poking into the end holes of the segments to get a good handle on them.The one downside to these frames is that they are strictly portrait mode frames as the kickstand is riveted to the main frame body. I was able to cut the kickstand free with some metal cutting blades but not without some minor scratching on the outer surface of the frame - beyond the hole left by the rivet points. Would have been more convenient if the kickstand was screwed to the frame rather than riveted.Aside from the orientation problems these really look great and feel sturdy. To boot the packaging was very adequate for protecting them in shipping with pool noodle like corner protection and soft gift-tissue wrapping on each frame. The included small screwdriver for easily taking the glass out and fitting it back in was a nice touch as well.

We are redecorating the shelf in our church foyer and these frames are going to look perfect. The glass is held snug with small rubber pieces that slide between it and the frame. It comes with a mini screw driver to held remove these pieces, plus a lent cloth to help with cleaning the glass. They are beautiful!

I ordered these frames for our welcome table at our wedding. I wanted something that looked high quality, and stood sturdily. These frames check those boxes. They also came with a smudge wipe and the tiny tool you need to remove the glass from the frame. Highly recommend!

These frames are great quality! I will say that I wish they came with instructions as I had to navigate back to the product to watch the instructional video on the original product post. It was a little difficult to figure out until I did my research. Other than that, it was simple (once I knew what I was doing) and they look so sleek!

These picture frames are very pretty, and keep the picture in place well between the glass panes. However, I wish there was an easier way to keep the picture from sliding about when placing it in the frame. I had to use tape which, unfortunately, can be seen through the glass. However, that seems to be the only way to get the picture to stay in place while you're assembling it. Once pictures are in the frame, they don’t move due to the little plastic spacers that live underneath the frame—which was great. The frames are very simple and elegant, and an attractive addition to my apartment.
