I noticed some health benefits (reduced bloat and hunger and more energy). It tasted like medicine but that’s helpful so I don’t mistake it for dessert or jam. I’m trying another brand now that has the advantage of being sweetened with monkfruit and has less calories - just because it was on sale. May return to this brand if the price drops. Sea moss gel is unfortunately too expensive.

The product was previously opened and all molded around the lid and jar. Of course, it’s non refundable/ returnable.
