Well made letter board
The wood frame is hefty and solid. Very good in quality. Has a nice and sturdy weight. The thick felt is also nice and durable.Letter placement on the board is easy. They attach between the felt lines with a small extension of plastic behind each letter. The letters stay in place and do not fall off.Comes with a cute drawstring bag to hold the generous amount of letters, numbers, and symbols/punctuation.They also provided some clippers to clip off the letters but be careful using them as they are very sharp.Overall, I’m very satisfied with the product! I’m excited to use this for announcements and fun words of wisdom to display in the house.

Good product; just what I was expecting
Good product; just what I was expecting. Frame is solid & feels like it will last a long time. Letters were a bit of a pain to detach; used diagonal cutting pliers & made it a little easier. (Didnt receive the cutting tool) The corners of the frame didn’t line up perfectly but it’s not that noticeable. Mine also didn’t come with the storage bag, but not worth returning & buying again. Overall, I’m happy with it.

Beautiful & Fancy
This board makes everything around it look so instagramable. It has a lot of letters and symbols, I like the quality of the board and letters. This is great for anything from a party to an office. For right now we will be using it for our mini bar, and woth the lights wrap around it, it looks so fancy.

Doesnt come with bag
Came missing the letter bag, letters do not stick in board(fall out).Sad part is there customer service asked for a picture of the missing bag...

Expectations met!!!
I was actually confused by how this would work but after receiving it I'm glad I made the plunge. It is very well made and comes with tons of letters. There are slits through the board for the letters to slide into and it's covered in soft but durable felt.

Cute but a lot of work at first
Love this letter board HOWEVERA cutting all the letters and symbols out SUCKS and even after you cut them out you have to clean up around where you cut them.

The plastic letters are difficult to cut from their packaging, and I cut myself trying to do so with the poorly made tool they provided 😡 Also, the letters don’t align on the board like some of the more expensive letter boards I see on social media. Disappointed.

Low quality board with pain-to-remove letters that fit in the board inconsistently at best
The letters are a complete pain to cut out and they won’t all lay flat in the board. It seems like the slats in the board are uneven, because many of them won’t go in all the way, and others are loose.
