Not worth it. Failed to stabilize feet and never form fit the shoe.

These insoles are nicely made but I feel like they have too much of an arch. They make me feel like my foot is high up in my shoe and that it pushes my foot to one side. They just weren't comfortable for me.

I have very flat feet and hard arch inserts like these have made all the difference in the world to me. These are good and do work. I will say that as someone who has owned maybe four different types of these, I would say these are just average, and I have had better ones from a different company in the past.However, that is not to say that these don’t do the trick. My biggest issues with them is that the arch could be just a touch higher and also for some reason it seems to be a placed little further forward on the foot than other ones I’ve had. For some people this may be a good thing, but for me, it just doesn’t feel quite right.

I ordered per my normal shoe size and these are at best two sizes too small for my feet. So, if you want to try these, I would recommend ordering larger and cutting them down if they end up too big. Too small is of no value.
