I have always been rubbish at soldering and its part of the reason I always opt for crimps when carrying out wiring on cars. I saw a few reviews and videos of these online and figured I would give them a try. I have to say im very impressed. I used them on small gauge wiring. I have a non branded heat gun that uses LXT batteries and this works great on these soldered wire connectors as it gets hot enough to melt the solder but it doesn't damage the insulation. When finished it gives a nice clean, strong water proof joint. The hardest part of the job is twisting the wires together, especially if they are small. I did see a video that suggested its worth dipping the wire ends in abit of flux to help the solder flow better which seemed to do the job for me. Probably not as good as soldering by hand but aslong as you arent sticking loads of current through these they will do the job fine.

Extremely easy to do

Brought these as an alternative to soldering. Easy to use and the connection seems solid enough. Time will tell but no complaints so far.

They work but the joined from the solder is not graye most of them I used I could them.pull the wires apart use these aloy in work found there to be sub par

Used to hardwire a connection on my motorcycle loom, very easy to use and connection has held up so far, good product! Take care when applying heat to melt the solder so as not to damage the wires insulation!

These connectors come in strong plastic case, not having used these before I was apprehensive, used to connect automotive wiring of new Side Marker Lights to a Car Transporter Trailer. I also purchased a Heat Gun from Amazon, together these both worked brilliantly, so much better than soldering with a soldering iron and then adding heat shrink.

This little invention is a brilliant and tidy way to sort out any little wiring breaks/joins. I used it to hardwire a dash cam, small cables intricately done using the solder joiners encapsulated with the shrink wrap. I’d advise using a heat gun rather than a bare flame as it can blacken the plastic meaning you may fail to see the solder melting.

Für das zusammen löten von zwei Leitung super einfach umzusetzen. Ich habe die Lötverbinder zusammen mit einer Heissluftpistole erhitzt. Dies ging sehr schnell und man sah, wie der Verbinder arbeitet. Kleiner Tipp: Einfach am Anfang ein Testkabel zusammen löten um sich mit dem Vorgang vertraut zu machen. Das Kabel hält Bombe.

Für diesen Preis sehr OK. Beim Elektro Fachhändler kostet ein Stück 1€ !!

Pünktliche Lieferung. Produkt entspricht genau den Erwartungen. Allerdings kleine Differenzen bei den Durchmessern der Schrumpfverbindungen, die sich aber nicht wesentlich auf die Funktion auswirken. Von mir eine klare Kaufempfehlung.
