Hi I'm sorry to say that this product is poorly made as I brought this product from yourselves a year ago had it fitted properly the casting from the shaft to the handle was very weak the handle broke off my last one lasted a lot longer than a year

This was a replacement to our toilet's old handle as the plastic rod inside the cystern broke.This was easy to install, and looks very nice, it's smaller than our previous handle, but it does the job and is very pretty and classy looking. Very pleased for the price.Been using it now a couple of month's with know problems and it still looks brand new.

Sadly, the product arrived chipped. It was wrapped up well in bubble wrap and there was no chip piece in the packaging, so it was sent like that.It is supposed to be a “standard fit most toilets” part, but it did not fit my toilet - the connecting silver bar was too big for the hole where the handle sits - so I didn’t reorder a replacement.I had to return, despite it being chipped but got a full refund. Check in case it’s recycled if you buy because it’s not immediately obvious on opening, it’s chipped.

The metal bar was too short for my system and the plastic thread seemed to come loose wasn’t really getting tight came undone easily
