The quality of the materials is exceptional and assembly was simple and intuitive. The attention to detail and elegant design are evident, and the fact that it is made of wood adds a quality touch that sets it apart from other dollhouses. It is robust and durable, guaranteeing hours of worry-free play. Inside, the layout of the spaces is smart and functional. The different rooms are designed to stimulate creativity, allowing my little girl to create stories and adventures for her L.O.L. OMG, Tweens, and Surprise dolls. My daughter was so happy to have received it as a present for her 6th birthday that when she saw it, she burst into tears from happiness.

This is a very sturdy and high quality house. I got this for my 9yr old daughter as a Christmas gift and she loves it. It's the perfect size for the OMG/Tween LOL brand dolls (as one would expect). The furniture it comes with is absolutely ADORABLE. It has little spoons and food items for the kitchen and fridge. Now, onto the assembly, as this was something I was very anxious and nervous about going in. I'm a single mom, so the fact that I successfully built this house without any outside assistance is something I'm very proud of. It's challenging, mostly because it's hard to tell from the instructions which boards face what direction. I had to redo the bottom main two boards three times before I got them all facing the correct direction. However, I was able to put this together on my own and I did NOT have to use the drill (although I had one on hand incase I needed it). But I don't recommend using a powedrill. I was able to assemble this just fine with a regular screwdriver. In short: This house is beautiful, and yes it's a project putting it together but I've assembled race tracks for my son equally as confusing. It's time consuming, but the great thing is that once assembled it is very stable and won't need any maintence.

Bought this on sale for my daughters birthday and she absolutely loves it. This O.M.G modern & luxury fashion dolls house provides hours of entertainment from pure imagination. Assembly was pretty straightforward, however if your doing it single handedly like I was it can take a few hours to assemble. (Just be patient and rest if needed) It states that there are 85+ surprises and originally I was going to just build the house and let my daughter open the surprises, however that didn't goto plan due to some of the hidden surprises had to be screwed in and connected to the house according to the instructions given. Once assembled house is very strong and sturdy, lots of bold colours used to give that fashion feel. House measures 4ft tall & 4ft wide although you might look at it and think that's bigger than 4ft...I did think this. Box includes- house parts, instructions, bags of screws, furniture, furnishings, food, pots, pans & few extras. Dolls and car were bought separately. You will need a small headed screwdriver to Assembly. Using a drill is not advised due to the wood may spilt. Overall a fantastic purchase.
