Lovely up! but be careful while assembling
Product is up! and my daughter loves it. Delivered when promised. Gave 3 * because unfortunately one of the tray piece of MDF piece splintered while assembling. While my partner hand tightened it together one of the screws got about a quarter in the dowel nut and would go no further. My partner tried to remove to take a closer look and it split and splintered everywhere. Eventually to get it out had to remove the dowel nut, put screw in and glue with wood glue. Can I stress everything was hand tightened, carfuly. Instructions aren't the best but you can get the jist of it. Luckily my father had already assembled one in his house for the grandchildren so already knew how to assemble.

Good value for money but tricky to put together.
Very good and solid item and well worth the money. Have just finished putting it together and was not over happy with the clarity of the instructions. There were a couple of items missing/ short - there was no D4 item and was one bolt R short. Finally there was no letters or numbers round the edge. Having said all that I am still pleased with the item as good value for money.

Brilliant toy!
This was a Christmas present for my 5 year old. She loves it and hasn't stopped palying with it. It's really pretty and girlie, all the accessories are also of good quality. It did take my partner (who is a carpenter) a good 2 hours to assemble though and it does require 2 people. Great product all in all, would definitely recommend, great price value too.

Missing fixings
This was purchased as a present for my Grandson and was delivered directly to my Son's address. My son tells me that the product is sturdy and attractive, However, some fixings were missing with regard to the shelf - he has resolved, but, hence the 3 stars.

DO NOT BUY
Would not recommend.....Screws missing, holes not drilled in the wood to fix in to, fixings within the wood just spin so the screws don't grip, instructions are so simple they are useless, screws are labelled incorrectly, some of the wood is damaged overall I wish I had bought the cheap one from IKEA that was recommended to me! Definitely not worth the money.I would like a refund but I doubt that will happen!

Wouldn't buy again!!
First one I ordered was missing a set of legs. Replacement arrived very quickly. Have only just put it together to find it is missing a leg brace & scratched paintwork.The biggest fault relates to the magnetic board-the sheet of thin metal is not secured properly and has razor sharp edges. It is too dangerous to use without modification.

Very difficult to work out the instruction drawing, needs two people to build it, then you have to figure out which bolt goes where, and, one of the bolts was missing.
