I've had this chair for 3 months and it broke on me for no apparent reason. I was laying my clien tback with the lever and it never leaned back because it broke. I thought this chair was heavy duty but it's not however it looks really cool. I've been trying to get a hold of someone from this company to see about fixing it or sending me a new piece but im not able to reason anyone. When purchasing be cautious of this when buying.
