The Silicone Bands that secure the phone were missing. I returned the product and repurchased it. Low and behold the second one arrived missing the silicone bands too.

I purchased this phone mount, and it was missing the silicone bands. I'm returning it. I'll not purchase another.

The mount itself works fine but is not of the best quality- seems a bit fragile. The security band which adds a phone mount security feature to the mount was missing from the shipment. Rather than hassle with returning the product, I bought another band. I would look elsewhere for a phone mount if I bought another one.
