Works as described.
I like the product, but then again I don’t.It does exactly as it says, allows you to take photos/videos underwater and keeps your phone dry.Your phone must stay in the camera mode after placing it inside. So no opening it, no refocusing and if it locks while you’re out in the water you are SOL. Idk if it’s user error or what, but my phone over heats and then I am no longer able to do anything, because it locks and I can’t put my pin in once it cools off. I personally would not purchase again.

Phone will Overheat
Was phenomenal for durability scuba diving and enjoying video and pictures. However after 4-5 uses the right toggle button stopped working when underwater. Phone would also overheat during hour long dive. Just wish it didn’t overheat my phone and kept working. Otherwise solid case.

Keeps phone dry but doesn’t work at depth
Was so excited to use this product on our dives but was very disappointed. while it works great to keep your phone dry, once we got down to about 30 feet on our dive the outside pressure made it so the buttons wouldn’t function and we were unable to take any pictures. Says it’s good up to 98 feet but it’s not.

A deal for the $$
Works as advertised I brought it to 60 feet and no leaks.

Total disappointment! Frustrated and angry.
In theory, this should have been a great buy. In practice, it was a disaster. I bought this for a sailboat trip in the Caribbean and was excited to bring home some great snorkeling videos and pictures. I have virtually nothing to show for it and am angry about that. I liked the sturdiness of the hard case and thought that it would be a great buy. However, with the hard case, you have no ability to tap the phone screen to focus. Thus, the few videos I was able to take, the fish was out of focus, and I had no way to tap the screen to focus on the object I wanted to video. Secondly, and most important, what I didn't realize was that to make this work, your phone screen had to be "on" all of the time. The problem with that is that I was in a warm climate in the sun. After a few minutes of use, my phone overheated and went into a holding pattern. After a few minutes of shielding the phone from the sun under my body it turned back on. BUT, in order to activate the phone, you have to type your passcode which requires you to touch the screen. The only way to do that is to get out of the water, open the case, put in your passcode, use the vacuum to suck the air out, and then get back in the water.I bought this over the soft sided touch cases thinking it would be better, but the hard case was not the way to go for snorkeling. Let's face it - if you are snorkeling, you aren't diving to 10 meters. You're floating at the surface, or maybe 10 feet down. You don't need a bulleproof hard case for that. the folks on the trip that bought the $30 soft cases are happy with their videos - I have two short ones of blurry images.
