It has been a major task trying to install this device. The instructions are very vague. This is the second device that I have messed with. The first one had been previously used and was missing parts. I could not believe that they would not have checked it before they shipped it. I have tried to look on the web for installation instructions but have found very few that are even helpful. Slinex does not even have anything on line that is of any helpand tech support is only available by email. :-{
