This worked perfectly for the camper. Saves much power over running a 12 volt inverter. I have a 150 AH agm battery in the camper. My resmed 11 unit with the heated hose and humidity turned on auto, with this adapter, around 7 to 10AH. I charge off of Solar. Usually by end of day my battery is at around 13.2 volts. I’ve tested with only the resmed unit for a night. Woke up and it was at 12.9. And I’m sure my camper has some parasitic loss and I did also charge my phone that night and Apple Watch. So long story short, no problem getting through the night even with a fan running. I built a shelf for the resmed unit where I can wrap the hose. The unit I have bungeed to the shelf. And I leave it powered when driving so it can do it’s thing downloading data. Yes it’s a parasitic loss leaving it plugged in but power not a problem during day. The cord running from the cigar plug end to the transformer block was not long enough so the block was hanging. So I build a little bracket to mount the power supply brick to the wall. Just came back from a 14 day 3000 mile wandering, lot-docking every night, and it worked awesome! I’m very very pleased.

wanted a way to plug in resmed 11 when camping when a cigarette plug was available.Read about others products and the plug not fitting. THE PLUG FIT PERFECTLY on this product, and the price didn't break the bank. I'd recommend this.

I bought this primarily for efficiency during power outages or when camping. I use the Jackery 240 Explorer battery which has an inverter (AC) and a 12 vDC (lighter connector). When I used the inverter the battery would drain about 20-25% overnight. Using this converter (DC) my battery is now draining like 12-15% overnight. I don't recall exact # of watts being drawn with the inverter vs converter scenarios but I think the AC may have been drawing about 12W whereas the converter was drawing about 7-8W. (The Jackery battery displays the wattage being used). Cannot speak to longevity of the device (tested it for 2 days) but it seems fine and it is a small brick making packing easier.

We were looking for something to use my wife's C-Pap in our camper while we stopped for the night. When we turned it on, we had 4/4 bars on the battery indicator. The next morning we had 3/4 bars left. Worked perfect for no hookup overnight stops. Highly recommend !!
