Perfect for what I needed.
I’m not allowed a higher fence but there is no rules for hedges.Price was great.Delivery was fine. They arrived pretty healthy.I’m about to place my third order. (Taking my total to 75) the 50 I have already planted (as well as the 6 other hedges I ordered from the same company) took a little over a day to show positive signs.Highly recommend this product they come at a fantastic height already and it’s just a case of waiting till they start to sprout. Will update in a month.

They arrived early and seem to be growing ok
Its too early to comment as you have to wait and see they grow and install well!

Healthy hedges.
The product is as described and arrived on time in a bare root form. The hedges are very healthy and can tolerate poor clay soils. They are easily managed by shaping once established to a sensible height. Overall these are great single stacked hedges.

Perfect
Just planting them created a hedge, rather than a row of young plants.Enrich the ground first by digging in plenty of food for long-term growth. Bagged manure is fine.Essential to keep them watered and fed to establish themselves.Water is their only means of distributing food around the plant.Nitrogen is the food they need most for strong growth, and used coffee grounds and tea leaves come highly-recommended as a rich (and free) source.Just a pity the accompanying photo is of a laurel hedge! Check it out.

Very healthy
Due to my own mistiming I had to leave these privets for months before planting them. I've now planted them and theyve burst into life with lots of buds. Delighted.
