I don't use it "everynight", but I do use them on a regular basis. They work great and the price is right.

Simple and convenient nasal rinse
The salt is individually packaged and perfect for a nasal rinse. I use two each application . 1 to 2 are recommended in the instructions. Using these with warm distilled water is very effective for me.
