This mask is incredibly soft against my skin and remains comfortably in place throughout the night. I appreciate the Velcro closure; it's far more durable than elastic bands, which tend to lose their elasticity over time. The mask doesn't put any pressure on my eyes and effectively blocks out light. I would happily purchase this mask again, both as gifts and as a spare for myself.

Looks super silly, but gets the job done. It is a bit slippery when my hair is down, but adjusting the fit fixes that problem, without it being too tight on the eyeballs. Wearing a braid is best for me. I think due to the fabric or the width, it is randomly hot on my face.. so I’ll be curious how that feels during the summer.I will say, not sure if it’s this colour or just the lightweight-ness of this mask, but lights go right through. If my husband is still watching TV while I put this on, you can see the lights flickering through this - so it definitely isn’t blackout. I don’t remember if it ever claimed to be, but don’t except that. Having it be silk was more important to me, I wanted my eyelashes and skin to be okay, since I would be wearing this almost every night. And I’m still able to fall asleep and stay asleep without the direct lights bothering me. Super comfortable on the face/eyes, even when you have to wear it tighter. Would recommend.

Good it is soft you have to adjust it correctly too tight and it can hurt your eyes. Not completely black out if that is what you are looking for.
