Q: Is the space heater fan too loud to have in my living room (12X16) with a TV on?

No it's surprisingly quiet even on the highest setting.The TV sound will completely drown out the sound of the space heater, and you can also adjust the angle to aim it straight up to the ceiling or parallel to the floor to heat your legs and feet. I use mine under a table in the garage so it's aimed at my feet, and I put a blanket over my lap, which makes it very cozy! I've tried a few diff kinds and this one is the best, quietest heater with a fan I've ever had and bought a 2nd as a back up. I have tried running them at the same time and the 2nd one doesn't blow much air on high prob due to lack of power on my end, not the heaters fault. I hope this helped a little

Q: Does this greenhouse heater automatically shut off at a certain tem being that it has a thermostat?

Hi, thank you for your question！ Our outdoor heaters don't have a separate thermostat, but do have a thermostat control knob, it has a reliable built-in thermal overload protector that automatically shuts off when the temp. reaches 167℉. When it cools down, it can be turned on again, and this overheating protection will keep you safe.

Q: How well does this space heater work for heating indoors?

I bought one for my office and am going to use it to warm up my hands from being cold while I work. It's pretty small but heats up nicely, the carrying handle is easy to move around, and it can also be used to warm your legs and feet! :)
