I sent my email explaining that it no longer worked but I would like to exchange/return it
I purchased this red light after having a facial with it. I was very excited when it came in used daily for different areas. After exactly 3 weeks it quit working. I tried all the trouble shooting techniques that were listed in the book. Finally had to go to customer service where they give you an email address only. I sent my email explaining that it no longer worked but I would like to exchange/return it. I have not heard from them yet. I have sent this email twice from my computer and once from another computer. I’ve also called the 800 number that is listed and that turns out to be a different product company that has never heard of Senna. Even though it says guaranteed for life the website says return within 30 days. At this point I’m past my 30 days. I guess I’ll have to eat that $200.
