Q: Does it have good air flow, as well as an inside pocket?

Quite a bit of air flow. Offers two ventilated chest pocket on each side and an additional waterproof pocket on the left side, chest.

Q: Im 5'9" 150lbs.. what size is recommended for me?? i got the medium on order..i was a 'sm-md" so i went with medium.

Based on the size chart a large was recommended for me but after reading all the reviews I decided to order an XL. It was the right call. They do run a little smaller. Guys who lift weights and have bigger arms, chests and shoulders may have to order 2 sizes bigger than what the chart recommends.
