Q: Saw a few people are saying that they're having issues with the Wifi. How come the seller didn't respond to this or provide any explanation?

Check for lattest updates on driver's, wifi card also are not expensive, Amazon have somes from about 18 dollars, or you can try a USB connected one cheaper and some brands work as good as the wifi card as long as you don't need a Bluetooth, Wich you can add a USB one for around 10 dollars, but check first configuration and drivers update, on windows and also on BIOS
