Useful but not exactly what I want
I like running in a hiviz gilet with pockets for my bits and pieces. They seem hard to find. I bought this one for summer as the other one I have is lined and too warm. It ticks my boxes for visibility and pockets. The orange material is quite stiff and not very breathable but this is countered by the back being mesh. Even so it can get a bit sweaty running in warm weather. So I’m maybe 90% happy but have yet to find the perfect solution.For the price it’s good value and well made so no complaints on that score.

Orange front, black back.
This was purchased as a gift for a horse rider. The garment seems well made and the hi-viz orange fabric does as intended. Although it cannot be seen in the photo, it has a black mesh back, which is great for breath-ability but not so good for being seen from behind.

Great hi-vis gillet
Very pleased with this fillet great hi-vis warm but with breathable back also has the added bonus of zipped pockets

Proviz's web advert for these says ' The material we use is highly breathable and water-resistant'. It should say ' the material of the back is highly breathable; the material of the front is water resistant. Don't buy it and expect a highly breathable gillet, because it isn't. Proviz say you can return items if they have not been worn, but you won't know how unbreathable it is until you have worn it. The amazon advert says it has 13 side pockets, which must be a typo!
