10 Feet Solar Extension Cable Waterproof IP65 22AWG Total 20 Feet for Solar Spotlights

I have some small solar pond pumps for a water feature and a couple different solar security lights around my residence. The pond pumps came with 10' cords to the ~4"x6" solar panels. I ordered these extensions with the hope that they would allow me to position the solar panels in better sunlight and further away so as not to distract from my rustic water feature. They work fine. They are the same gauge wire and have the same male/female connections with threaded locking collars. They also work on the security lights I have that are corded to the small solar panels so these extentsions will allow me to better position the solar panels. NOTE: It's possible that more wire will mean more of a draw on the batteries/solar panel (?), but I could not detect a change in the solar pump performance with the additional length of wire. I'm going to buy more of these.

Great quality! My spotlights work fine due to a rainy and windy season. I hope when snow season come they will work fine as well!

These solar extension cables are a good tool. They let me place my solar battery charging cells in direct sunlight areas, that my solar lights are not in. They are a little overpriced and the screw caps on the connecting plugs are a little difficult , not impossible , to line up to screw on correctly and tightly . Time will tell how they handle the elements.

these cables allowed us to move the solar panel around and have more options as to where we wanted to project our outdoor lighting. Glad we got them! The work perfectly!

Third purchase of this product. First 2 great. The connection nuts matched up and tightened snugly into place assuring a waterproof connection. This last purchase was not the case. There was a change in the thread and the nuts were loose and ill fitting. Not sure what happened, but I'll be going back to the job tomorrow morning to epoxy the poorly fitting connectors in place. I'm not going to return them, as the effort is already a dollar loss in my time. I just want to be proud of my work, and this last shipment needs further attention so I am satisfied. Someone needs to pay attention and supply the same product consistently. For now I am not a fan.

I wanted these to put a small solar panel (for outdoor lights) on top of a pole. For more exposure time!!

While installing solar lighting in our backyard, we realized that some lights needed just a little bit of extension to reach an object at the far end of the solar panel. Without these extension cables, we would not have been able to get our desired lighting results.
