Ez to use , I just added 1 tsp of seed to 1 cup of hot water. Let steep and cool for 30 min and drink it all

Product information is misleading and appears to be a scam. Urtica dioica seeds are nearly microscopic, these are NOT Stinging Nettle seeds whatsoever. Scam. And there is NO REFUND. SCAM SCAM. PS I am a biologist.
