Sound quality was great, battery life lasted a nice amount of time, the performance was really good, no static noise in the background, and it’s basically plug and play so it’s easy to use. The only problem I had was if both mics are near each other you will pick up audio from so try not to be too close to the other person with the other mic, besides that though the mics are really solid for the price

I had no issues with this at all! I didn't really need any instruction because the Listing on Amazon makes it pretty clear, that you just plug the transceiver into your phone and turn on the microphone.I plugged the microphone into a USB-C Charger and it had a red light to let me know it was charging, I left it plugged in until the red light went out. After it was charged, I turned it on with the power button, the LED starts blinking green and red, indicating that it is trying to connect to the included USB transceiver.The instant I plugged the transceiver into my phone the LED on the microphone turned solid green. It literally took no time at all, by the time I took my hand off the transceiver and looked at the Microphone, the LED was green. It does not matter if I plug in the transceiver before or after I turn on the Microphone.The transceiver is very light weight also has a USB-C charging port on the end, so if you need to be charging your phone while also using the USB Microphone, it's no problem at all.I recorded a short video to test the sound quality, my Samsung Galaxy S10_ nicely put a notification on the screen that it was recording through the USB Mic. I tried a demo recording using the phone's built-in microphone, walked into another room then came back, then did the same test with this microphone, and the sound difference was amazing! Also, as I was walking around into the other room, I wasn't picking up any other noises like my shoes on the hard floor, it was only recording my voice.I also did a range check. it worked anywhere in my house, however, It does have some distortion if there are walls in the way, but really, why would you be recording with a wall between you and the camera anyway. So, I took it outside and walked in a straight line away from it, Sound quality is excellent to about 100 feet away, and then the distortions started, but I think this range is just fine for a microphone at in this price range, at that distance you could hardly see me in the video at all.I also plugged it into my Windows 10 pc, and it worked great with Windows 10 as well, no drivers to install, just plug the transceiver into a USB port and it works! This is a MUCH better sounding microphone that what is in a webcam, so this will certainly make on-line meetings much clearer. I tried typing while recording and it barely picked up my typing at all.

Just received microphone and it's working fine with my phone and action camera. But something is loose inside the receiver. A clicking sound can be heard inside the receiver. Is it normal?Product is good for me but delivery was terrible. I received my order after 5 days although I am prime member of Amazon.
