Shipped in a timely manner. A little bit of assembly required upon arrival. Not necessarily the color shown here, mine was yellow (not a great color for me), and there were no directions or instructions included, even the website on the flier enclosed had a dead URL, so one would conclude it is pretty self explanatory on what to do with it. I rolled my hair up as it seemed appropriate, and the next day I ended up with a couple of large kinks in my shoulder length hair which gave it a rather wild and unkempt look. I ended up wetting it down and pinning it up so I could look decent for work. I will try a few more times to see if its the manner in which you roll it, but so far I am totally unimpressed.
