Works well

I'm using this for my deadlifts and it's saving my back from injury. Not the firmest belt but it worked and you get what you pay for. I have a quality leather belt but I've put on so much weight that it's uncomfortable to wear so until I lose some pounds this will have to be a compromise. Good quality for a cheap belt. 👌
