Perfect replacement!
This is so much better than the pad that comes with a bassinet. It is thicker and breathable but not too soft for a newborn. My granddaughter slept through the night once she started sleeping on this.

Perfect for baby's comfort
My newborn wouldn't even sleep in her bassinet until we got this mattress - I guess she just needed the extra padding to feel comfortable. This mattress is thick and soft and really makes a huge difference! A great price too, compared to others.

Nice mattress
Mattress was soft, thick ( which I like even for a baby mattress), fit pretty good (I did not measure correctly, my error) was firm and the quality was good. Overall I would order again.
