Upon reading Matthew’s review, I was somewhat apprehensive about ordering this cabinet, but I threw caution to the wind and went for it. Boy, am I glad I did. I, a single female (blonde, no less), assembled the cabinet in just over an hour with a coffee break and quick wee in between. The item was well-packed, the instructions were clear, and the overall aesthetic is nice. I really have no complaints for the price and would recommend to anyone. Maybe not Matthew. P.S. Easy to build. Sturdy and fit for purpose. I switched the handles out to something I already had but the handles were nice enough. Would be again and would recommend. Very happy.

Looks really smart and went together really easily in about an hour by myself - quite similar to building IKEA furniture. Packaged really securely inside a polystyrene box so nothing was scratched or damaged. Perfect size for anyone who needs a slightly smaller side table as it doesn’t come out too far. Quite weighty too so seems like it will be quite sturdy over time. There’s no opening underneath for cables but it stands far enough from the wall to get the extension cord from behind and looks quite tidy just stuck to the side. Overall really pleased I took the gamble and got it :)

I bought this knowing full-well the handle of the cabinet was supposed to go on the left and couldn't be flipped. Because of where I wanted to locate it, I needed to flip it manually. It was an extra five minutes of work though, drilling some holes etc. The door flips and it all looks exactly the same. My only criticism is that I wish it came with the option to install the door either way, meaning I wouldn't have had to do that. If you're not DIY-shy, though, you'll be fine!

I am really pleased with this purchase. It is the perfect size for the area i had. The quality is first class, it was easy to put together and looks realy good when complete. The storage area behind the door is much better than I expected. My wife was so impressed we ordered a second for her side of the bed.

Just what I wanted for storage in my summerhouse. Great quality for the price and sturdy. It came well packed so there were no scuffs or chips. Found it really easy to build as all parts were numbered and screws etc were in lettered bags

I’ve ordered this bed side table and it could not have possibly come in more parts. You couldn’t at least build half of the cabinet? Literally about 40 pieces of wood for a little cabinet and no joke about 50 screws and bolts for a little cabinet. I’ve decided not to even bother. Throwing it all out. Ripped the packaging so can’t return it to Amazon so just going to bin it. Waste of everybodies time. Looks great but who’s got the time to put this together?? I may as well include it in my 5 and 10 year plan along with getting a mortgage, a Labrador and some savings. I mean genuinely ridiculous. Update: unless you’ve got a drill of some sort you’re not putting this together by hand, you’ve got screws that don’t even fit in the holes properly and you can’t spin it round enough to get it to go even 50% of the way in (and yes I’ve triple checked it’s the correct screw) I’m beyond frustrated and angry with this cabinet, never in my life have I seen something so difficult to put together. IF YOU DON’T HAVE A MASTERS IN ENGINEERING, DO NOT BUY THIS CABINET. I’m going to use this as fire wood, £40 expensive firewood but it’s the only thing this is good for. **Update** The cabinets set up and I didn’t need a drill - it’s definitely a hard task setting up with about 50 different parts but it’s doable and it does look good when set up
