I have a very physical job and I'm not getting any younger. So I can always use something that will help to rub sore spots. I like the spiky ball the best. I lay in bed with my knees up and just roll it around with the bottom of my feet. The spikes aren't too much, but just enough to rub out the soreness.I purchased the vopex hand strengthener a few months back and I liked the products, so I thought I'd try the massage ball kit. Glad I bought them.

The aesthetics of the packaging and products are really nice and professional looking. I appreciate the included guide with in color images as well. All the massagers are great for their specific purposes but I mostly use the spiked ball for my aching feet. I have Plantar Fasciitis and the ball alone has done wonders for me. I used to use spiky dog chew toys prior to this and I like this ball much better. My body and especially my feet thank you dear inventor.

This excellent multipack assortment of foam massage balls is designed to bring great therapeutic benefit to all areas of the body using one's own body weight to relieve aches, pains and stiffness and it works amazingly well. For me the chief benefit has been the huge relief from my persistent plantar fasciitis. After trying all varieties of arch supports, socks and rollers, regular use of the spikey ball has brought great relief and to me this alone justifies the purchase of this set. The set is light, compact, portable and easy to bring with you to work or even while traveling and is highly recommended for addressing superficial soreness and pain of muscles, tendons and ligaments.

This is a really nice set of massage balls. I normally use a tennis ball but these balls are a dense foam and don't compress as much as a tennis ball. I ordered the set due to the variety of sizes. The two smaller balls work great for upper back trigger point massage.

As advertised and described. Very good product for the price, awesome value. I'd purchase again and will recommend to others. Solid 5stars. I often have a sore back and very tight hamstrings, so these have been helping. I saw younger kids/high school kids at the gym rolling on balls too, so I thought I'd try it. Saves me money from going to a massage place, haha... These give me a deep tissue massage. awesome!

This is the best investment purchase I've made for my fitness. hmm..it maybe the second best..i like my foam roller too :)Perfect kit for everything I need. I was looking for something to roll my shoulders and my back. This product is exactly as described.I use a foam roller but it doesn't always get into the knots.I use the larger ball on my hamstrings. the smaller ball on my shoulders and upper back. and even on Foot plate for my jogger's heel (Plantar fasciitis). it works very well. This type of product is great for everyone to use, whether you exercise or just sit at a desk all day long, these items help your body's overall health.

Not bad set but could be better. The balls unfortunately do not hold their shape very well when put under pressure. Mid-size ball flattened out a little faster than I expected and did not get its shape back. Large size and spike ball held up to pressure pretty well and held shape. Spine roller was very a little off but ok. Loss of 2 stars for the balls not maintaining their shape or getting it back.

Orange and black balls were light and "foamy" but still maintained form enough to be effective. Spiky ball is a bit heavier but still wonderful! Love the different size options!
