I started taking these to compliment my Viviscal treatment and it really made the difference. I don't see a lot of difference if I just take these alone. So I believe it can be a great complement for your normal hair growth treatment.

It such an amazing product and the price is so good, it mafe my hair way thicker but honestly didn’t have much of an affect on my nails

I recently got hold of these supplements, I have heard they are good for Hair Loss and treatment of brittle nails .. I have started having these a few days ago .. no adverse effects so far . Will update my review further after I finish one bottle .
