High quality craftsmanship and materialsThe plastic is soft and supple and durable and can be molded around odd shapes or extra large nuts and bolts. I use them on my solar battery banks and cars. I also use tie-straps to hold down the plastic covers for the odd shaped applications.

these only fit stardard battery cables

These do a great job of protecting battery terminals from accidental shorts. Fits #4 battery cables with a little room to spare so that can easily be moved out of the way to access terminals for charging

I'm a klutz so I need to keep all terminals covered. I put these on three different M8-terminaled batts. The rubber is quite soft, almost feels like silicone.

Simply does what it was intended to do cover battery posts.

They are more soft and stretchy than i expected, it might be useful for fitting over some cables etc.

Habe die Kappen für den Tüv über ungeschützte Bereiche an den Batterieklemmen an einem L Bügel (Batterieumbau von DE zu US) geschoben - mittels Heißluftfön kann man die Gummies recht weich und Dehnbar bekommen. Hat den TÜVler zufrieden gestellt.
