I have had one of these on my wrist for over 15 years. I believe they add quite a bit to a person as they advertise. This brand is currently the top shelf supplier because they only last a few years or less under normal use. You should not take it off and it will stretch a little over time. My wish is that everyone could benefit from this, God bless this company for doing what they do, the technology is NOT a "parlor trick", it is truly something to behold. I received my two bracelets. Ive noticed a big difference, but the meridians in my shoes have been huge and it’s really helped my neuropathy. The Meridian’s I place where my shoulders hurt and my knee hurts and they work really well. They take away a lot of the pain. It just makes it easier to move around. I’m still kind of experimenting with locations, but I’m wearing them every day and they made a big improvement in my physical movements. The wife has the foot inserts and just received her bracelet

Be sure to measure your wrist, made the mistake of trying on someone else's and it was loose so ordered the size 6 its way too tight for my arm so they are sending me a new one hopefully in a size seven .thank you for being so good about replacing it as Im84 and want to have it for balance control.

I highly recommend these bracelets. I have been using them for several years and do believe they help my balance a great deal. If I ever try not wearing one, I can definitely tell the difference.I purchased one for my husband to try since I have noticed he has begun to have issues keeping his balance and it appears to be working. Will definitely be purchasing them again.

These work great. However, I took it off for a medical procedure and it tore apart. I’ve only had this for 9 months. I’ve only taken it off once before.

I have a kinship with wearing silicone bracelets on my wrist. It allows me to leave them on, sleeping orbin the shower. I absolutely love these bracelet, not for it's therapeutic qualities, but for its aesthetic appeal. I recently had an issue with a purchase. The customer service is Great. They really stood behind their product and immediately resolved the issue. BTW. My wrist measures exactly 7inch. The 7inch fits snug but not restrictive, which i like. It stays in place better.
