This pops in the microwave and then stays hot for a long time. I use this for neck and shoulder pain and it doesn’t disappoint. Lavender smell is nice but not overwhelming. The design with the channels make it stay right where I put it, and the stand up collar piece hugs my neck tightly. Really wonderful!

I really like the design of this heating pad. It stays on my neck and shoulder well even when I am walking around doing chores. Sometimes I will use it for abdominal cramps and it stays put. I heat it up 2 minutes on each side and it stays at least comfortably warm for 30 minutes. I wasn't sure if I would like the smell, but I do! It is not overly floral (the lavender and peppermint are not too strong). Not gimmicky at all!

Nice for sore tired muscles and soothing scent. Doesn’t hold heat as well as others Ive purchased in the past.

I love how soft this is and how easy it is to warm it up in the microwave! My favorite part is how it hugs your neck and covers both the neck and shoulders! I use it regularly to help me relax when I go to bed!

I love this product as once it’s heated it has this lovely aroma that’s relaxing and I usually keep it under my neck and wrap my shoulders while sleeping!! It’s soothing and helps in pain management!

The heating pad for the neck is a great idea. I appreciate how soft the material is and I think it is the ideal weight. I tired others that felt like I was being pushed down due to the weight or a few were so damn light that they just slipped off with any movement.I don't mind the scent. I am glad it is not to strong.Its easy to heat the pad, I usually have to put in the microwave for 4minutes to get the heat level I want.The main issue comes to the design.I wish that there was a Velcro ability for the front straps. The way it is designed this product is great for heating your shoulders. In addition, the neck parts are too short for my neck. It does not fully wrap around my neck.I would like this product better if this was designed with a longer neck strap that had velcro to keep it secure around your neck.Still it is good enough to recommend to others.

Comfortable...warm...put at ease...sleep...that's how I felt when I had this neck heat pad on...worth the purchase...I am going to buy another on for a gift for my friend...

This was exactly what I needed for a sore neck and upper back. The heating pad covered the area I needed and sat in place comfortably. The sectioned design meant no sagging and continued to relieve the areas I needed it to. It did feel a bit ‘steamy/damp’ after I heated it, but it didn’t bother me at all when I was using it. I’m super glad I bought this as this pain can come and go for me and I know I’ll use it again.

I have used many heat pads over the years as have chronic neck pain and was recently advised to try a weighted one so after some research I found this one. I can honestly say it's the best I've ever used for comfort, size and the weight really adds to the use. I have already recommended to 3 other people, 2 of whom have ordered and I'm sure the 3rd will too. Highly recommend this product

Creates moist heat and the herbal infusion smells great. Nicely weighted.
