Possibly 39 actual watts for those who want to know.
I purchased this light bar looking for the brightest led light bar for the best value. The 300 watts caught my attention, so I ordered it. I have not used this light bar at night yet, but I did some testing to verify how many watts it actually using to use the proper wire. I tested this with my Fluke DC amp multimeter and it is pulling 3.2 amps. According to online calculators at 12 volts and 3.2 amps is approximately 39 actual watts. I hope this information helps others who want to use the appropriate gauge wiring to avoid electrical issues.

Check everything. Not for novices.
Seems to be good quality. May not be water tight, Check and tighten the end seals. Wiring is not weatherproof. Install in a dry location and seal all connections with adhesive lined shrink tubing. Do not use tape or silicone. Kit needs weatherpak two pin male and female connectors soldered. Crimping is not recommended. Spade connectors and Scotch loks will corrode and fail. Not for outdoor use. Kit must be installed with a power relay. Use a switch to turn on/off Manually via a relay. One light per relay pole contact. Relay should have at least 20A contacts. Lamps do get very warm after running for 15 minutes. I used mine as backup lamps and wired a 4PDT 12V relay into each rear backup tail light. Then ran the power through the relay directly from the battery via a 6A circuit breaker. (do not use inline fuses), for both positive and negative wires. Do not use chassis as ground. It will cause corrosion. I also installed an override DPST rocker switch in the dashboard so I can turn the lights on manually. Weight 34.0 OZ. I recommend this product if you have the skills tools and patience to install it correctly. I have tested the units performance: Light draws Just under 3.90Amps or about 40 Watts at 13.6VDC. The 40 Watts is not light output but current draw., 10.30 Volts Minimum for maximum brightness of 270 Lux or approximately 100 Watts of light equivalent. 70.0 is Minimum turn on voltage. Each light will require a 8 amp circuit breaker in circuit. You will need at least 16AWG Stranded copper wire up to 10 ft. Mounting the light takes tools and skill. I recommend this product.

Amazing product!
Ran it on my dump truck so it was getting the abuse from riding rough. I had to go into the landfill daily and this light bar would get covered in mud, trash, snow and rain and still works great! Bright durning the snow and it cuts through that and fog!

Very bright, work great.
Installed these on the ROPs of my tractor. Very bright, easy to install. Not easy to weave through the tractor but patience gets it done. Very happy with them. I everything worked as it should. I did have to add some wire but they weren’t really meant for a tractor but if you’re doing something like that, have some extra connectors and wire handy.

Impressive quality- especially for the price.
These things are crazy bright. I’ve had mine on for two years, and literally have zero complaints. The plastic lens seems to be of automotive quality - I have yet to notice any yellowing after two years of desert ownership on my ram truck. They look really good in pairs, and on my crown vic they hid very nicely behind the grille!

Installed this on a 2018 trailblazer with halogen bulbs. I didn't notice significant additional lighting when in the desert. Quick tip: You will need a crimping tool in order to connect lights to wiring harness. Details: Mounted the flood bar infront of the grill, and the pods by the windshield. The light from flood bar was not noticeable. The light from the pods was slightly noticeable, depending on how you aim the light. I wanted the LEDs to brighten up the sides of the car in order to spot goats and deer. I suspect a more powerful LED pod designed as flood (not combination) and aimed to the side would've worked better.
