The chopper worked great for making my cranberry relish which was my primary reason for getting this as my old one died after 20 years of use. The mixer also worked well on the butter and sugar mix for holiday cookies!

The wisk attachment broke off the stem during the third use. Dissapointing, since that is one of theprimary uses. I don't see any way to contact the seller to order another. The chopper works great. I'm having some problems using frozen fruit in smoothies but that could be user error. If I persist the fruit does get blended. If the wisk wasn't so flimsy I would probably give the product four stars. Currently I am not happy with this purchase. Would not recommend to anyone else.

Not powerful enough, there is no much difference between power levels.

I was a little hesitant to purchase this product, the cost was a lot less than the brands sold at my local bed bath and beyond. When I got it however, I was impressed with the quality. I use this several times a week and am pleased with he power and easy clean up every time!

After all there are plenty of immersion blenders for half the price. I got this gadget while it was on lightning deal for a few more dollars already off of the low price (compared to other big brand name models). Wow! Was I totally surprised about the value of this hand blender and its attachments. I turned the device on as soon as I opened the package just to play with my new kitchen toy. This little gadget is powerful. You can literally feel the power in this handheld device - its strong enough to lightly jerk when you power it up. Ya, I'm talking like it's a power tool now - heh heh. I was happy to see that I wouldn't mind showing this off to my fellow chefs. OK... So how does it work, you ask? Pleasantly it has so many options on speed and power variability with a low and high button plus a speed regulator that goes from 1 (low end) to 5 (high end). I've had several different hand blenders and I am a professional chef, and I can honestly say that this device felt like a much higher priced professional kitchen model - because of its power and torque, the blender is quick and very thorough with everything that I used it for. I love that there are several accessories that turn this into a multi use gadget - but bear in mind that these are useful accessories. I found that the mixer was a bit too powerful and fast but it was not totally distracting - the blender must be used cautiously because it will spout ingredients if you don't take the precautions to cover it or use it in a deep vessel. The chopper was probably the best function - I know the instructions say that you shouldn't use it to blend ice but I must say that it had no problems grinding down some ice that I used for a smoothie. This device has already replaced my miniature food processor, a blender, and a hand mixer. I'm very satisfied with it and will be using it extensively. I highly recommend the device for the price, it's power, and versatility.
