This was my first attempt at making Panettone and these paper molds made the final product look perfect (as well as they tasted amazing!) As an experienced bread baker, i was a little leery that this seeming delicate paper could or would hold this active dough in its shape without blobbing all over. But hold it did! The breads rose beautifully within the molds and continued to hold their shape through the baking process. I then feared they might rip completely when I hung the breads to cool - but they did not - in fact they were so sturdy I wasn't sure my skewers would pierce them (they did). These are a wonderful addition to my pantry to make more of these delicious treats.

Ordered as a gift. They are decent papers. Good sized. A bit hard to separate without crumpling the edges. Heavy paper bottoms. Should work good for what she needs. A little pricey for what they actually are.

Never baked anything fancy, maybe cookies if ever so was worried it's going to be hard or the size will be wrong etc etc. In the end it turned out to be a wonderful experience - the size of the forms was just right, using them was super easy and kulich turned out to be amazing. Great product
