People who are putting these in their dispensers because it “doesn’t make sense to them” to follow the directions (!) just aren’t trusting the science. What is that science? I have NO idea, but I trust it because I can “feel” the difference. It’s hard to describe - maybe it’s NO residue, but I like this product a LOT! Ignore any negative reviews from people not following the directions. It doesn’t seem fair to judge something negatively when you’re using the product incorrectly. If you think it’s too outside the box for you to place in with the laundry, then maybe these aren’t for you. But I wanted to ditch the plastic. I tried another softener “pod” but many broke in shipping and didn’t notice much so kept looking and found these. From the difference in the “feel” I think these are really successful. LOVE this scent too. (But honestly it’s actually almost like a BUBBLEGUM scent.) But not too sweet. I like it. I am an BIG fan of their LILAC detergent scent so wish they did that as a softner too so it would keep ONE scent not compete. But they smell good whether it’s a mix or not. Will never go back to regular detergent OR softener., This (and their detergent) has been added to one of the few items I have on subscription.

These are exactly what I’ve been looking for! They are packaged well with the planet in mind which made me supper happy! These sheets dissolve well if you take a little extra effort. I place my laundry sheet and softener sheet in a cup of warm water before I start sorting my laundry to be washed. I can happily say that by the time I’m ready for the sheets, I give it a little stir and everything is ready to be poured over my laundry ( I have a front loading washing machine ). Some people may not like the extra effort, but I don’t mind it at all. If your purpose for purchasing these wonderful products is to lessen the trash and plastic that’s accumulating at an alarming rate in our planet, a little extra effort shouldn’t be an issue to make you want to go back to using detergents housed in plastic bottles that killing our planet. My advice is to give these wonderful products a try, find a way to make it work, and continue to look around ‘till you find another product that may work better for you. Bottom line, “Never Give Up” our planet depends on each of us to make things better for the future. I love this softener, it works well and highly recommend it! Good Luck on your search.

The scent is so soft I can barely detect it when the clothes come out of the dryer. Static control is not as good as with dryer sheets. The clothes are soft, but not as soft as if with liquid softener.However, if your goal is to avoid plastic bottles and to save your dryer from dryer sheet residue build up, then this softener sheet is for you. The softer scent is pleasant and will not induce sneezing for most.DO put it right in the washer drum as instructed. I first put mine in the softener dispenser with water hoping to have it go last in the rinse but it didn’t perform as well. My guess is that it didn’t all make it into the tub from there. And in spite of my best intentions I know I’ll forget to add it to the rinse cycle separately, so I just put it in with the wash and it’s fine.

I switched to laundry and fabric softener sheets over a year ago because of the plastic containers with traditional laundry materials. I love Tru Earth! They are easy to use and a great price. I bought them for my daughter at college because they are much easier to store and carry when doing laundry in a dorm. And there's no plastic!

I have severe asthma so I must have fragrance free laundry products. Not only are my clothes soft and fragrance free, but you put it in with the clothes on the wash cycle!

I’m on the fence about these. I like the eco friendly size and packaging, but I found I need two strips vs 1 for most normal size laundry loads. I also feel Mrs meters fabric softener gets towels and etc feeling softer than these do and smell better. I could forgo the scent but I’d like if these got the softness other brands do in an eco friendly package too. Not saying I wouldn’t buy them again, just thinking there is some room for improvement.

Love these sheets specially if you are traveling abroad for more than a week and you know you’ll have to do laundry. Nothing better than not having to spend time looking around for expensive detergent or to have to buy a big bottle that will go to waste. Just drop them on a ziploc and good to go!

I'm now using sheets for washing laundry and softening laundry. I love not having messy bottles to recycle. My clothes are clean and soft. It's amazing they can make soap sheets that just dissolve in the water and now I have softener that does the same. I still have pods to use and they sort of work but I've found the plastic from the pods sometimes in my clean laundry so I was looking for an alternative and this really fills the bill.

I’ve been using Tru Earth laundry detergent for a few years and thought I’d try the fabric softener. They work great and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The strips eliminate the need for large plastic bottles that need to be disposed of , are easy to use, can be taken travelling and best if all are Canadian made. The scent is light , leaving clothes smelling fresh and clean. I highly recommend them.

I am very impressed with these, the clothes come out soft, and smells amazing. I don’t like anything too strong smelling, it’s a really nice, clean smell. Love that are environmentaly safe and there is no static.

I work in a remote camp, these are fantastic for travel. I find they do the job, little more scent than I really want, but overall a good product

Such a simple product that cleans all my washables. Everything comes out clean!
