Quality: I'm very impressed with this product. I really care about the quality of ingredients of food that I eat, and this is a really good and safe product for my body. I was able to get a hold of the company and ask about pesticide and heavy metal testing, and they preformed and passed those tests. There isn't and junk in there and only good quality food. Plus lion's main for my brain and collogen for my body! The macros are a nice balance too, good amount of protein in 3.5 oz that tastes good. You can't ask more for a healthy prepackaged food. Taste: It's super good! Does taste like an apple pie. I prefer it cold, but it's still great at room temp. It stays mixed up well, but pro tip: squeeze it to mix it up if its been at room temp for a while just in case. I personally don't taste any "chalkyness" from the protein. I can't wait for them to come out with more flavors! On the go: It's a great product for on the go. I got to take it traveling. I was worried because TSA standards are 3.4oz (100ml) for carry on liquids, and these packages are 3.5oz. But I just went on 4 planes and took them on as a carry on each time and no one cared. This was a great snack for flying and not having to eat plane food. I can't wait to take REUP hiking and doing outdoor stuff, it seems just perfect for that. Or even have some in an emergency kit for some quick calories. Anyway, great product, highly recommend, will keep stocked in my home.

I tried it right out of the box, the taste is good room temp or ice cold. I was surprised with the quality for this being a small business. You can really taste the different ingredients with every mouthful. I find the texture similar to applesauce, not gritty at all and is fun to eat. Some pouches were more fruity, some had a strong aftertaste of the lions mane mushroom, which I didn’t particularly like but still enjoyed. I wish they had more products similar to this with more flavors.
