I've been using this for 2 months now and feel like there has been real improvement in my memory and cognitive function, and possibly slightly decreased anxiety though that is difficult to gauge.It takes time to work, at least 6 weeks, so don't give up on it until you're through the whole bottle and if you feel improvement keep taking it.It should be taken with food including some kind of fats (traditionally would be consumed with ghee) for best absorption.This is the strongest percentage of extract that I can find and is at a good price compared to other brands.I recommend the website Examine(dot)com for objective supplement information.

The dosage is very high and I only take one of these a day, which last me 4 months. The first two months make you a little lazy and tired, after two months have past this supplement makes you a lot more careful when doing written work. Smells a little bit like dry fruit trail mix, very easy to swallow, tablets aren't to big. Very good product for the price it is being sold for. Thumbs up.

Started taking these and noticed an improvement in recall. Names and facts etc. just popped effortlessly into my memory at a speed that even surprised me. I have given a four star rating as I can't be certain as I take other stuff(lion's mane etc), but did notice a slight relapse when I ran out. About to re order now, so make what you will out of that. I only took one per day.

This has worked amazingly well for me, I'm currently using it to help with my ADHD and so far I prefer this to any former prescriptions I've had and it works naturally well for me. Has helped me focus so much better with no side effects, only been on them for 2 weeks but I've noticed a big improvement when taking this along with other multivitamins alongside. Highly recommend

My boyfriend and I are taking these together - they made me feel queasy for a week, at first, however I read that Bacopa Monnieri can do this to you, so not being discouraged I continued.I now feel a little more alert and focused, however I started taking a few other vitamins such as b12 and magnesium at the same which may also help towards these feelings. I would say it would be better to try on its own to be certain of its effects. My boyfriend has said Bacopa Monnieri helps him so it probably depends on the person :)

I bought this after some research - I really think it works. I have told as many medical professionals as i can so that it can help other people suffering from this awful condition. I feel that it has slowed down the process for my mum.
