It has broken with very little use
I have used it very few times and the flap that is attached to the main chair has broken, I have also not been able to use the arm supports since they do not attach correctly

Not as comfortable as suggested
I've used this for a while now, and a few issues have made it unusable for the purpose it's proported to be for. Firstly, given the sharp/angled edges around the arms, it's not really something that you want to put in or on your bed - I found it made very large indentations on my matress that seems to have remained for a few days now. The arms don't fully fold away so you either remove them entirely or live with the arms pinning you in to the seat. The mesh back is cooling, but doesn't offer much support, I found that I had to put pillows benhind it to cushion the pressure, which sort ofrenders the point of this product moot.It is dissapointing that poor engineering has ruined a good idea - perhaps in their next iteration they will improve.

Works OK, and very useful when resting in bed, but expected a bit more for the price.
This is a good idea, though for the price, I expected more. The head rest needs to be more adjustable than it is. I am tall, (6' 2"), and most of my head was above the rest with my back against it. The padded head rest is held on to the back in two places using 1 small square of Velcro each side, but not enough contact to move it far up or down, maybe an inch or so. It is not rigid, and not very deep, and only about half the size shown in the pictures. The idea is very good, and as can be seen in the photo, the rear fits under the pillows, protruding out from the back by 20 inches, though obviously, when you rest your back on it it will dip a bit depending on the type of mattress you have, but easy enough to get it right.I did not fit the arm rests in the test, as I plan to lend this to a neighbour who has just had an operation, and see if it helps her, and I will feed back here when she has finished with it.It does fold up vey easily, even with the arm rests on as they fold upwards, but that depends on the individual using it whether they like the arm rests fitted, they really need to be easily adjustable up or down.I cannot comment on durability at this stage, but I do confess, I expected rather more for the price of currently £69.99.

Not even worth £10
The lip split off after just about six uses, given the price you'd expect it to last longer than a few hours. Not worth dirt.
